So the week before my party and birthday I been eating bad, not really being fit at all!! I felt sluggish and gaining back the inches I been working so hard to lose😩.
So that week up until yesterday I been on a strict diet(cheated once and a while lol) and did some home workouts haven’t ran at all for the past week and a half and I gotta get back into it! But I decided to measure my self today and let me tell y’all something!! I was scared to death I thought I gained it back lol but I lost half an inch! So I’m at a 27 1/2” waist! OMG you don’t know how happy and proud I am! As you can see I have some bottom belly fat and that’s my problem area ): does anyone have any tips to make it go away?!
